in her 23rd year as an international trade specialist, Ms. Rosch has
represented clients involved in trade disputes before the U.S. Department of
Commerce, International Trade Commission, Office of the United States Trade
Representative, and corresponding foreign government agencies. Ms. Rosch has
counseled clients, advocated their interests before government agencies, and
provided strategic, financial and trade analyses for a diverse range of
industries spanning five continents.In 1992,
Ms. Rosch founded a consulting firm specializing in cost and pricing analyses.
